Return policy

• Due to COVID-19, unfortunately we are not accepting any RETURNS/EXCHANGES at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• There are NO REFUNDS on garments purchased at Majér Lewis. Most garments are customized and FINAL SALE. (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

• Once orders are placed NO CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS  can be made.

• Majér Lewis does not cover shipping when a return/exchange is in place.

• If for any reason the return is at fault of Majér Lewis we will handle all shipping and handling costs.

• If for any reason the return is at fault of Majér Lewis the item(s) eligible for a return must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in the original packaging along with all tags still on garment(s). No creams, lotions, or oils may touch the garment, damaging the fabric or altering the smell of the garment.
